Today we’re celebrating Miss Bev! 🤍

As one of our amazing summer teachers, she has brought so much kindness, patience, and love to our Little Sprouts family. We’re so proud of her as she begins her nursing program and takes the next step toward turning her passion for caring for others into a career. 🩺✨

Miss Bev has a special heart for little ones, and her dream is to one day work in the neonatal unit, caring for some of the tiniest and most precious patients. We couldn’t think of a more perfect path for someone with her nurturing and compassionate heart. 🤍

We love being a stepping stone for those with nurturing, caring hearts as they pursue their passions and dreams. We’re so grateful Miss Bev chose to spend her summers with us, and we know the love and patience she showed our little ones will follow her throughout her nursing career.

Congratulations, Miss Bev! We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you accomplish this dream! 🌱🩺

A well-rounded day starts with little hands creating indoors and little feet exploring outdoors. 💚 From fine motor practice to gross motor play, every activity helps our sprouts grow stronger, more confident, and ready to learn. 🌱

July clothing study 🧺✨

Today, our sprouts are learning the basics of laundry— how to use the washer and dryer, choose the right laundry detergent, and when to hang clothes to dry. Building everyday life skills one load at a time. 👕🧼🌞

Our little artists made fireworks of their own! Using dish scrubbers and red, white, and blue paint, our sprouts created festive firework masterpieces while strengthening fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity. Open-ended art activities like this encourage exploration, build confidence, and remind children that learning can be as exciting as the fireworks on the Fourth of July!

🐜 Seeing the world through a bug’s-eye view!

Our little sprouts grabbed their binoculars and headed out on an insect safari! Searching, spotting, and learning all about the tiny creatures that share our world.

Today our sprouts explored the world of insects through a hands-on sorting activity—deciding which bugs fly and which ones crawl! 🐛🪲

Through observation, discussion, and play, our sprouts are building early science skills such as classification, critical thinking, and vocabulary development while deepening their curiosity about the natural world. Watching them compare, sort, and make connections is learning in action at its best!
