YOU GUYS!!! I’m about to be a published author 😭😭😭 Sharing my journey has become so important to me over the last few years and I’m OVER THE MOON at the chance to share it in such a big way! Taking on this project while being a new mom was daunting but rewarding! I’m so excited and honored to be a part of this book with so many incredible spiritual leaders!

Here’s a little taste of my chapter:

**The truth is, after that weekend, I returned home to a life and a container that no longer fit me. I had outgrown the limited experience I was living, but my loyal heart had not learned to be truest to SELF yet. I remember how hard I tried to squeeze all my “muchness” into a daily life that was already at capacity. The trappings of giving your unconditional love to someone who cannot reciprocate were so familiar to me that I thought I felt “safer” in my self-created, self-imposed cage. A wild thing in captivity does not always know or remember that it’s wild… but it can feel the whispers of the jungle it belongs to.**

When you take a video to check your form and your roommate’s dog decides she wants to help 😆💖 Lol so much for perfect form but look how sweet she is 😍...Never fails... if I’m on this mat, one of the dogs will find me 🤣

Join me tonight Authentic Fusion Yoga and Wellness - Venice, FL for a very special Goddess yoga 60 min flow. We will be setting intentions and dedicating our practice to Mama Gulf. Sending healing energy throughout the 45 min yoga flow, as well as 15 min mini Manifesting workshop where we will all focus our energy on the dissipation of red tide and the empathetic reconnection of our brothers and sisters. There has been too much separation over this topic... come lend your divine feminine energy to the cause! We will finish our class tonight with a Cherokee Water Blessing chant. That though 😍😍😍 look at those smiles 😍💖... a little sisterhood Goddess yoga after party with some of my class last night ! Shoutout to my bestie .s for slinging delicious tequila!!! I’m so grateful for each of your beautiful open hearts! I’m so so lucky to be connected to so many incredible women. This makes my heart so full!!!! I’ll miss each of you so much while I’m gone!!!
