Claire Alfree with Spectrum Bay News 9 interviews Venice Institute for Performing Arts (VIPA) CEO Michael Hartley about upcoming service transitions at the Venice Community Center. Beginning Oct. 1, the City of Venice will resume management of the City-owned facility, with VIPA overseeing scheduling and maintenance on the City’s behalf.
