“Turning Breakdowns into Breakthroughs”
It is our mission to support the growth of our individual and collective consciousness by normalizing the idea that our healing starts at the root cause and not at the symptoms.
In order to get to the root of the situation, the heart must open.
In order for the heart to open, the person must feel safe, unguarded and un-judged.
In order for the person to release their guard, the people in their environment must authentically accept the person for their faults and recognize the trauma as their own.
This cannot be done alone and cannot be done effectively without proper understanding of the architecture of healing.
Now is the age of self and collective healing and the end of the age of needing a scientist to develop a chemical compound or a therapist or a healer.
We are here to empower each other with the understanding of how to heal ourselves by healing our energetic bodies or as some say our inner child.
We say get lit because we are the light and the soul is ignited by the healing of these root traumas.
So Get Lit people of LA!
We love you and thank you for all the support on this mission to help our people permanently feel good, think good and be good! 🔥❤️🙏🏼
Change is possible!
As an individual if we want a change to permanent goodness then we have to stand up against our own darkness in a way that accepts where we are today but does not allow more darkness to continue. The hard lessons from the past can be building blocks not repeating patterns and the future can be an honest safe place to raise our children. Let the idea of goals being accomplished at the expense of others be something of the past. Let’s create new human values based on goodness and honesty.

“You are not alone”
In light of Mental Health Awareness Week beginning October 4th through October 10th, we’d like to shine a spotlight on individual and community mental health and wellbeing. Let us start by remembering the pop culture icons who tragically lost their lives over the years. Sending compassion to all of the friends and families who have lost a loved one to this systemic disease.
Each year, millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental health condition. Due to the recent covid crisis, the nation’s sucide rate is at the highest level it’s been since World War II. This energy affects everyone directly or indirectly through family, friends, and co-workers.
Community awareness is where change begins. The more we understand (innerstand) how depression manifests and impacts us, the better able we are to find solutions to address these issues at their core. Science validates that through the energy of love, compassion, empathy and acceptance, we have the power to heal the human condition. The conversation starts now. Check in today with a loved one who may be suffering and together we can make a difference.
