Last week, we had the opportunity to spend time with the staff at Thomas Jefferson High School for a conversation about situational awareness and active threat preparedness.

I appreciate organizations that are willing to invest the time to become better prepared—especially when the responsibility includes the safety of students, coworkers, and an entire school community.

The goal of this training isn't to create fear.

Our Ladies Only Level 2 Pistol course is designed for women who are ready to build confidence through professional instruction and purposeful practice.

Today is National Decision Day—congrats to all the high school seniors announcing where they’ll be headed next.

That’s a big step.

But I also know not everyone has a clear path right now—and that’s okay.

If you know a young adult who’s:
• just out of high school
• working through college
• recently graduated
• or simply trying to figure out what’s next

I’m creating an opportunity for them.

I’m hosting a no-cost goal setting session focused on giving them clarity and direction.

This is designed for those in that 18–25 range, but more importantly, for anyone in that stage where direction, structure, and a plan forward matter most.
