Flower Seed Packets!!
Last summer, as I was harvesting flowers and collecting seed pods, I dreamed up an idea to package some of my favorite pollinator garden seeds and make them available to anyone who might want to add to their gardens. I’ve been harvesting seeds and replanting them for years now with great results and we have all kinds of pollinators visiting our gardens: honeybees, mason bees, sweat bees, bumblebees, hummingbirds and more!
Last fall I sat down and made a small watercolor painting of each flower type to use as labels and this week my daughters helped me carefully measure and package up the seeds.
Each little envelope has at least 25 seeds inside, but most have between 50-100 seeds.
I have planting instructions, info on how to harvest the seeds from your own plants and some fun ways to get creative with the flowers, all on our website.

The seeds are for sale in our Etsy shop and if you’re local be sure to use the code VASHON to do porch pickup instead of paying for shipping. These would make fun Mother’s Day gifts, teacher appreciation gifts or a little gift for yourself!
