We had a lovely time and engaging participation at our first eco-municipalities webinar in September ... Thanks to all who attended! Looking forward to the next session Oct 18th, where we will discuss more in depth on the holistic, science-based framework of the eco-municipality approach to sustainable community development, and how it is shared in a national network in Sweden.

Participants will learn about the fundamental principles of the model, as well as practical guidelines for how the approach can be engaged in any type of community anywhere in the world.

Announcing Open Registration for an introductory webinar sharing the story of Sweden's holistic sustainable communities called eco-municipalities.

We'll hear the story of a rural Arctic Circle community that was inspired in the 1980's to rise up from population loss and other hardships by taking an ecological and participative approach to economic revitalization. They're now celebrating 40 years as the first among more than 100 eco-municipalities across Sweden and around the world.
