We are super proud of our student, Jackson Franke! He was Ordained into Ministry this past Sunday (9.20.26). He had both sets of grandparents there (one grandpa is in ministry), his Uncle who preaches, 2 brothers (1 who is in preaching ministry and one who is in youth ministry until he finds a preaching position) and of course his parents, his dad who is a preacher. Unfortunately his sister, Michaela Franke Redburn was unable to attend as she is in Cincinnati where her husband is the youth minister and she is the Children's Director.
Jack's heritage goes way back to his great grandpa Nichols who was in ministry until he passed away and 4 great uncle's who also are preachers (all restoration movement guys).
We had over 137 in attendance and Burnside (where Jackson is currently the Worship Minister) brought several over to support Jack. It was a great night and we appreciate Eric Stephens who brought the message.

Are you interested in learning more about the bible or want to be in our apprenticeship program but are worried you live too far away, or that we don't have a training church near you or that you are too busy??? NO WORRIES!!! We have students from California to New York. If we don't have a training church near you will work with you on that as we are continually talking to churches! We are super flexible to work with all kinds of schedules and AFFORDABLE! At only $200 a class or $7,500 for our apprenticeship program which includes all text books! We also offer new certificate programs in Vocational Ministry, Biblical Education, and Volunteer Ministry. You can aquire one of these by just taking 3-6 classes (depending on the certificate). All of our programs are such that you complete them at your own pace..not necessarily in a time frame like traditional college. If it takes you 2 yrs-6 yrs..the cost remains the same as you pay for the program..not per year. Consider us if you are serious about Ministry. At this time we are not able to take over seas students.

At Vandalia First Christian Church we are pretty proud of our Timothies! We just added one last month and getting ready to add another one THIS Sunday! What about YOUR church? Are you encouraging your young men to go into ministry? Why not? Maybe encourage them to take a class with Midwest Ministry Training. Start a preacher boy club. Invest a little time and love into them. See what happens! You will get excited too!
