Seeking an Early Childhood Aide
Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, caring, and motivated Early Childhood Aide to support our teaching staff in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to children’s needs
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Supervise children during play, meals, and transitions
• Follow all center policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Work Environment:
This position involves active engagement with children and requires the ability to stand, walk, lift, and participate in classroom activities throughout the day.
