SCHEDULING IS NOW OPEN!
*Please read this entire post* before asking questions* 😃.
We meet in person, on the phone, or via only text/PM to discuss progress, answer questions (if you have them), give suggestions (if you desire) and secure your paperwork for the 2022-2023 school year. We meet all these goals, even if your school year is not yet completed, so don't be shy about scheduling as early as possible!
Example portfolio photo albums are available in the Photos section. You're the boss when deciding what to share and how much, but average is 15 samples. Possible items to include:
*For those learning to read: A short video, a pic of a page they can read, a list of books read, a summary of progress in this area.
*For those doing online programs: Screenshots
*A few math samples from different times in the year
*Rough drafts
*A field trip or project
*Music/Art/Gym experience

Assessment Options for 2023:
1) FACEBOOK-ONLY (NO APPOINTMENT) ASSESSMENTS
Choose a submit-by date group, and send your samples via PM messenger.
- Your assessment will be completed on my time during the month, and your signed form will then be scanned and sent to your PM as a PDF, by the *end of your selected group month*. The submit date for each group is the due date for samples - there is NO scheduled appointment time for this option.
- This is an excellent option if you don't prefer to speak with me on the phone or in person, and if you don't have many questions, concerns or homeschool issues.

2) IN-PERSON PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENTS
We meet for 30 minutes in-person in the Dayton area, to discuss progress. I answer questions (if you have them), give suggestions (if you desire), and secure your narrative assessment paperwork for submitting with your next notification. We meet all these goals even if your school year is not yet completed, so don't be shy about scheduling as early as possible!
In-person appointments are held in my office in the Dayton/Huber Heights area.

3) PHONE CALL PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENTS
We meet for 30 minutes on the phone to discuss progress. I answer questions (if you have them), give suggestions (if you desire), and secure your narrative assessment paperwork for submitting with your next notification -- just like In-Person appointments, except your form will be provided electronically. I view samples in a FB album or a group, we chat on the phone, and then your form is sent to your email or I send them via Facebook messenger. No travel needed!

Assessment cost: One child= $59, Two= $98, Three= $123, and Four or more= $148
August appointments and FB group, add $30 rush fee per family. Ohio families: notification with your completed assessment form should be sent within a week of school starting in your district, by law, so the turn around time for August assessments is much faster.
Payment is made on the booking site via credit or debit card upon reservation. No personal checks accepted.
