Happy New Year. I wish all a prosperous 2017. Close your eyes...now think of something you want to have or want to do this year.... See, (visualize) this happening as clearly as you can. Repeat this daily and don't be surprised when these "wants" happen. I also work by phone (360) 909-1760 and would be pleased to help you.

I don't know where you live...but hypnosis is a wonderful tool to free yourself of....extra weight....pain....smoking..fears/phobias..
find someone with at least 200 hours of training or at least 4 years of full time experience. Daydreaming is hypnosis.....yeah it's that natural....If you're near me I'd love to help you....I have 35 years of experience and written a book... from which you can learn self-hypnosis...(You and your Self-Healing Mind.) should be at Amazon within the next 3 months. ..but find someone..

We can feel we know something and we can feel confident to do something,, but often we don't know what we are doing. No matter your age, there is nothing wrong with saying "I don't know" I know an eleven year old granddaughter that taught grampa how to use his PC............Now that couldn't be me......could it.

Don't expect the impossible of yourself - there are limitations to being human. Do, however, push yourself to your highest, reasonable, human potential and enjoy your life.

When people lose the meaning of their life, they effectively stop living. You have meaning. Learn it and use it, the reward is happiness and satisfaction.

Hypnosis...the Gift of God that man ignores. An every human has need of the tool. It's such a shame that ignorance has made most afraid of the empowering tool.

no matter who you are and how confused you are about life, there is one prayer that will provide the key to your tranquility and it is simply to say "thank you". "Thank you for showing me the lessons to be learned".. Once learned the result brings tranquility which has many by-products, including happiness.

Eventually, you will discover that, whatever you thought before, you are a child of the universe and like the stars in the sky or the trees in the park, you have a right to be here and flourish.
