St. Patrick's Day memories + a gentle nudge to write them down. 🍀 In my latest blog I share a moment prompted by my kids' long-forgotten Leprechaun traps and why recording those small family rituals matters. Read it and maybe start your own memory-keeping today: https://wix.to/dDDyt4J

Leprachaun Traps - Forgotten Experiences It's been a few weeks since I shared anything from here. Today, a tradition from my kids childhood floated up, it seemed to be the perfect nudge to get me to post again. In my journaling classes, I teach on the power of recording memories and legacies. "Love Month" day 19. For those of the pet lovers in life, tell me about you animal companion.

I have had multiple 4 legged friends in life. Each one brought deep, delicious love into my life.

Did you have a pet? What kind? I would love to hear about them and the love you experience with them.

Happy Wayback Wednesday!!!

In our "Love Month" post, today, we are reaching back to your past-self favorites.

What are some happy past self memories and experiences? Call them up. Replay them. Share them aloud. Write them in your journal.

Mine was an ice cream parlor like no other. Farrell's.

As a teenager, it was the go to shop after every dance.

They had a menu item aptly named "The Zoo."

It contained 8 lbs. of ice cream and toppings. The edge of the bowl was decorated with small plastic animals. It was served in giant metal bowl. Delivered to the table on a special stretcher. While ambulance sirens and clanging bells filled the air.

It was worth every moment.

Welcome to my Wayback Wednesday Love. What is yours?

Have you ever been in the grocery store and heard a song playing over the system that took you back? The kind you start singing along to while you shop. If you look down the aisle, someone else is singing to it, too.

Music is a love language all its own. It covers every emotion and life experience.

Today's question and prompt is, what is your favorite genre of music. Yes, Christmas music counts.

Why wait until some designated day or event to bask in the love of another. For Day 4 of the Love Month Experience, I am offering the idea of you treating yourself to the feeling of love you have for someone else. They can be anywhere in your life or past life, but give both of you the delight of love.
If you can share your feelings with them, do it. You are both worth it.
Happy Love Month
