Could your child answer this 6th-grade reading question?

A quick quiz can be fun, but it doesn’t always reveal the full picture.

Sylvan offers a FREE Online Skills Check to get started.

After, if you want to get the full picture, we offer a comprehensive one hour assessment test kids can take at your local Sylvan Center.

This helps identify your child’s strengths, uncover learning gaps, and determine the support they may need to succeed.

Visit the link in our bio for the free Skills Check.

Balloons grow on trees… kind of! 🎈🌳

Most traditional balloons are made from natural latex, which comes from the milky sap of rubber trees.

The sap is collected, processed and shaped into the balloons we know and love.

Venus rotates clockwise because scientists believe its rotation was flipped or slowed by powerful collisions and the Sun’s gravitational pull early in its history. Its thick atmosphere may have also influenced its unusual spin. The exact cause is still debated.

Curiosity is always worth exploring! We are here to help foster learning exploration 🚀
