Back in the old days, for the sign “school”, how do hearing teachers get Deaf students’ attention? They clap to get their attention. So, that sign has changed over time (moving location of hands). As for Deaf school, for Deaf students who go there, the Deaf schools were considered as institutions. Warren ‘Wawa’ Snipe’s ASL Super Bowl performance went viral. He wants to redefine what deaf artists can do. The National Association of the Deaf asked Warren "Wawa" Snipe to perform the national anthem and "America the Beautiful" at Sunday’s Super Bowl.
