Welcome Sabastian Lane from Columbia River High School to the Penguin Pack! Sabastian joins the middle-distance squad looking to make an immediate impact, boasting a strong personal best of 2:13 in the 800m. Driven by a desire to challenge himself and compete at the next level, he brings a fantastic work ethic and a team-first mentality to our program this upcoming season.

Sabastian on signing with Clark: "I joined Clark College running because it gave me an opportunity to continue pushing myself and growing as an athlete. Running has taught me discipline, dedication, and the value of hard work, and joining the team gives me the chance to improve my skills while being part of a supportive program. I wanted to challenge myself, stay motivated, and contribute to a team that will help me continue getting better both as a runner and as a person."

Welcome Garrett from Rainier High School to the Penguin Pack! Garrett was a major contributor and leader for his squad, serving as team captain and competing as the number one male runner for both XC and TF. A two-time Most Valuable Male Athlete, he boasts a 5k PR of 17:46.1 alongside strong track PRs including a 2:08.78 in the 800m and a 4:40.8 in the 1500m. Garrett is also a phenomenal student, graduating as class salutatorian with a 3.98 GPA and serving as the National Honors Society Treasurer.
