Welcome to Fall term in the library! Along with the resources offered in Cannell Library we also have monthly displays featuring new themes all the time. For this display the library collaborated with local artist Meilani Schille and Women’s, Gender, and Ethnic studies Professor Diaz-Kozlowski. Come take a look at zines made by previous WS101 students, reading materials often covered by this class, and the beautiful multimedia art inspired by the spirit of protest and liberation inherent in Women’s Studies courses here at Clark.

Happy World Ocean Day! Take home a book about the Ocean, its creatures, and importance to the world ecosystem. Fun ocean fact: the ocean produces roughly half of the oxygen on Earth.

Ephemera (noun): items such as posters, receipts, and tickets originally meant to be discarded after use but that later become collectibles.
What happens when you leave things in library books? A quiet history tucked between the pages. The library dragon has enough of a hoard, don’t forget to check your books for runaway bookmarks before you return them.
