šŗMusic time! Mr. Sam, our music director, visits classrooms twice a month and brings all kinds of instruments for kids to experience. He teaches them about high and low sounds, rhythm, and how music moves through our bodies. The kids absolutely love music days ā they light up the moment he walks in.š¶

Meet Ms. Stacey, our Little Acorn teacher. She first joined our school as a parent in the Acorn class, and we were thrilled when she stepped into the teacher role last year. She loves building community with both children and parents ā and youāll often find her right at their level, creating a classroom that feels welcoming and connected.

š¢Say hello to Magenta, our beloved box turtle in the Oaks/Saplings class. Sheās 6 or 7 years old, loves bananas, and enjoys her daily veggie time with help from the students. Caring for her is one of their favorite classroom jobs. š¢

Our Little Acorn Classes still have a few spots open, and itās such a sweet place to begin. Kids come with an adult and start their day indoors with open play, circle time, and a special like Chapel or Music. They share snack, practice serving themselves (a fanāfavorite skill!), and then head outside to explore. Itās preschool, but tiny and magical.

Thereās something grounding about a sensory bin. The children scoop, pour, sift, and settle into the rhythm of their own play. These small moments strengthen their hands, support emotional regulation, and give them space to explore freely. āØ
We had such a fun school year filled with so many memories! We wish you all a wonderful summer and canāt wait to see our new and returning families in the Fall! āļø
At St. Andrew students create a variety of self-portraits through the year as part of our anti-bias curriculum. We explore similarities and differences in ourselves, our friends, and people in our families and community. In these portraits students celebrated their unique imaginations and creativity.
