Our Scholastic Book Fair is coming the week of October 19th - October 22nd. We will need lots of volunteers to support the book fair. There are many ways to help with the Book Fair this year! From collecting and setting up pumpkins for the Pumpkin Contest, to setting up, working and packing up the Book Fair - any amount of time you can volunteer is SO appreciated! We truly can't do this without our amazing volunteers.

Reminder!! Our 4th annual fun run is happening this Monday, October 5! We are SO excited.

To those who have already signed up to raise funds to help send every single classroom on a field trip as well as fund projects in every classroom, thank you so much! Our VITA community is stronger because of you! There's still time to sign up and raise funds through Wednesday, October 7!

Hello everyone!

We are so excited about our biggest fundraiser of the year, our 4th annual VITA fun run! We need lots of volunteers as well as students fundraising to make this a successful event. Did you know that our fun run sent every single classroom on a field trip last year? Kindergarten went to iTech, 1st grade went to BiZi Farms, 2nd grade went to the Oregon Trail Museum, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade also went to iTech. All trips were related to a PBL project the class was working on! Let's lace up those running shoes and make this year another successful fun run for our VITA community!!

🍂 Reminder about our Autumn Bake Sale tomorrow! 🧁🍪

We will be accepting cash or credit cards via Zeffy, so come ready to grab some delicious treats and support VITA! 💛

And an extra-special thank you to Mrs. ReNai Joy for organizing a garden cleanup, and to all of the wonderful parents who volunteered yesterday to get their hands dirty and help clean up our VITA garden and landscaping! 🌿🌸

It’s such a joy to see our VITA community come together and take pride in keeping our school grounds beautiful. Thank you to everyone who gave their time and energy to make our space shine!

Hi everyone!

Your PTSA board has been busy planning fun events for our school this year! We'd love to tell you more about them!

Our 2nd annual Autumn Bake Sale will take place on Wednesday, September 16 from 530 - 730pm. We'd love a few more volunteers. You can sign up here:

Hello new and returning VITA families! We are so excited to see you tonight at back-to-school night at 5pm! Please check out our PTSA table located outside of the kindergarten classrooms. We will have flyers with more information about the PTSA, membership sign-up and details about upcoming events. We hope to see you there!

We hope to see you next Friday, August 28 at our annual back-to-school coffee hour. Details are on the flyer!

We would also like to share information regarding a kindergarten meet up that a another VITA mom has planned. Details are below:

Hello families of incoming VITA kindergartners.

I’m hosting a get-together for the incoming kindergartners and families as a get-to-know-you before school starts. I’ll bring refreshments to share, just bring yourselves.

Please join us! And please spread the word to other families you know.

Sunday August 23rd 2-4pm at Dubois Park (shady in case it’s a hot afternoon) at California Street and Pasadena Way, Vancouver.
