I just want to remind everyone Fall registration is still in process. Classrooms are filling up fast if you have not yet submit the Fall registration form please do so.

Go to school's website and download the forms and mail in with a check.
Please make check payable to AWVCS or you can sent via Zelle: [email protected].

We are still looking for few good native Mandarin speaking teachers. If you or you know someone is intersted in teaching on weekends please have them sent resume to [email protected]

To all the fathers out there, Happy Father’s Day.

AWVCS Award Ceremony.
Congratulations to all the students made it through a whole year of Chinese School.
Thanks to the parent’s support and effort by bringing your student to school every Sunday.
We will continue to accept registration forms throughout the summer. You’ll have to mail the form to school’s P.O. Box with a check (AWVCS) or Zelle([email protected]).
First day of school is September 13.
Have a fun and safe summer.

Hello AWVCS Family:

Just a reminder that tomorrow is final exam. Class will start as usual with no reward table available. All students must stay for 3rd period for award ceremony from 3:30-4:30 pm. Please invite family and friends to join us. Door open to family and friends at 3:20 pm. We will have ice cream social after the ceremony for all.
Fall 2026 registration is still available. $10 Early Bird discount will end tomorrow. You can still register student during the summer by mailing the registration form with a check(AWVCS) or Zelle([email protected]) to school's PO BOX.

Here's what's going on in May:

Sunday, May 10, No school, Mother's Day. Remember to treat your mother with something nice.

Sunday, May 17, Final Exam 1:30-3:20 pm. No reward table available.
Award Ceremony 3:30 pm -4:30 pm.
All students must stay for this event.
Please invite family and friends to join us.
Ice cream will be available after the ceremony.
Online students must log in at about 3:25 pm. I will be sending out Google link to have you and your family to join us on Saturday night.

Registration for Fall 2026 is available online or by the bulletin board.
$10 discount will end on May 17. We accept check(AWVCS), Zelle([email protected]) and cash.

School will resume next Sunday, (4/12)..

Early registration for Fall 2026 will be available starting 4/12.

Looking ahead into May:
May 10, no school, Mother's Day
May 17, final exam, last day of school, award ceremony during 3rd period (3:30-4:20). All students needs to stay for 3rd period. Ice cream socal will beprovided by PTO after.
May 24, no school, observe Memorial Day.

Happy Spring!
We will have no school this Sunday(3/29 and 4/5) for Spring Break. Clark College campus will be closed.

School will resume on Sunday, 4/12 with no 3rd period.

Early registration for Fall 2026 will be available starting 4/12. Registration forms will be placed by the bullentin board in the lobby, school's Facebook and on school's website early April. We accept cash, check(awvcs) or Zelle ([email protected]).
