We educate the community by providing resources about healthy living topics. Our vision is that people learn how to create a healthy lifestyle routine. We will help them to do this by providing ideas and resources for creating their own personal plan for success. In addition, we encourage people to create their own small healthy lifestyle support groups. We are designing a toolkit with ideas about how to facilitate this plan.
