This Is Me!

So often I find that many women do not know who they truly are. As women, we are often passionate givers in short, we give into our long list of titles such as Mother, Wife, Partner, Daughter, Sister, Cheerleader, Best Friend and even BOSS LADY!

While we are running ourselves ragged living up to all these titles, the exhausted whispers of our vulnerabilities begin to chase our emotions into a frenzy of negative self-judgement, and impostor syndrome, often fueled by our most inner insecurities.

This is because we know who we are for so many other people, but the woman that we truly are on the inside is a complete stranger! Well it is time to let her out and set her free, it is time for the woman in your heart to say,
