CHALLENGE TIME

Have you been feeling rushed lately and don't know why you are in a hurry? Feeling a bit distracted and needing to take your own time out (Distracted = To draw from around)?? I have been taking more time-outs lately! I may even set up my own little corner.
Here are some tips that were shared that may help with this. **Wait! What!?!... Is that a challenge that I hear? Check them out and tell me which one (if not all) you would be willing to try.
1.) Go to bed earlier.

Learning the 4 different personality temperaments made being a leader/manager fun.

Knowing how people give and receive information made it easier and more enjoyable in supporting and strengthening my teams and individual employees to be the best versions of themselves.

Sometimes facing uncertain, major life changes, trusting in the unknown is often the only way.

The 15th Anniversary Scott Campbell Christmas Promise BIKE BUILD sponsored by Waste Connection was AMAZING!

There were 150+ volunteers here at the Clark County Fairgrounds and a total of 700 bikes built.
