Juneteenth commemorates the day in 1865 when enslaved people in Texas learned of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued.

Today, we honor Black history, celebrate freedom, and recognize the ongoing pursuit of equity and justice. ❤️🖤💚

On June 14, we celebrate the adoption of the United States flag in 1777. Today is an opportunity to recognize the history, symbolism, and unity represented by the Stars and Stripes.

Today we celebrate the strength, service, and dedication of the Soldiers who have served our nation since 1775. Thank you to all who have answered the call to serve and protect. We honor your commitment, sacrifice, and legacy. Army Strong!

Are you graduating this year? Be sure to stop by the VCOE to pick up your veteran stole, cord, coin, and a special pin from the VA!

These items will be available beginning June 8 during our Celebration Lunch from 1130 - 1330. If you can’t make it to the lunch, feel free to stop by any time before graduation to pick them up.

What a great Crafternoon! A huge thank you to Janice for teaching us all how to crochet! We had a wonderful group of attendees, fun, and everyone learned something new. Thanks to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a fun and creative afternoon!
