Stop living the life you're supposed to and start living the life you're meant to.

It's important to complete our relationships with people who aren't in your life anymore. When someone wronged you, don't perpetuate the problem by not letting go. DM me if you want some help with it.

Know what happens when grief is mislabeled as trauma? When you misdiagnose, you mistreat. And guess who gets stuck? The person in emotional pain.

Hello friends. I've become certifiable. I've completed the training to be a Grief Recovery Specialist. I'm building out my platform and will use this page mostly to post Alumni Photos and post upcoming group classes. You are probably responding to an invitation, which I needed to do to set up the page. So thank you one and all for checking out this new page. If you have no interest in Grief Recovery you can turn off all notifications from this page. Have a great day.
