As usual with the 4th Annual Cow Patty Bingo, tickets will go on sale on Friday, October 3rd (2 weeks prior to the Van Wert Harvest Happenings Festival) and will be sold up until "The PLOP" on 10/17.

It's SIMPLE:
1) Buy a Square (or a FEW)
2) Let Nature do it's thing!
3) Win Cash
4) Support the Lancer Band

Tickets can be purchased through any Lincolnview Band Member or by calling the Band Office at 419-968-2343.

Winners need not be present to win!

🎉 Congratulations to Lincolnview Bands “Friend of the Program,” Mr. Dane Newlove! 🎉

We are excited to congratulate Mr. Newlove on his recent recognition by the St. Marys community!

Mr. Newlove retired after a distinguished career as Director of Bands at St. Marys Memorial High School and continues to share his love of music as the director of the St. Marys Community Band.

We are incredibly fortunate that he also shares his time, knowledge, and experience with us at Lincolnview. Mr. Newlove is a valued member of the Lincolnview Band Program, providing tremendous support and assistance to both our students and mentorship to our staff. His expertise, encouragement, and dedication to music education continue to make a meaningful impact on our program.

We are blessed to have Mr. Newlove as part of the Lincolnview Bands family.

Meet the Band Night - TONIGHT at 5:30

The Lincolnview HS Marching Lancers were set to debut their 2026 Production "Michael Jackson" tonight at the 40th Annual Bellefontaine Band Spectacular. However, due to current and forecasted weather conditions, they have made the decision to cancel their show tonight.

We would still like to give our members an opportunity to perform so, here you go.

Come see the 2026 Lincolnview HS Marching Band perform their show on their practice field at 5:30pm TONIGHT!

Please bring lawn chairs to sit in front of the band or stand on the bleachers and watch.

We look forward to performing!

CONGRATULATIONS, GRACE!

The Lincolnview Band Department and Lincolnview Local Schools are incredibly proud to announce that senior percussionist Grace Custer has been selected to perform in the 2027 OMEA All-State Band!

Each spring, the Ohio Music Education Association holds auditions for this prestigious ensemble. Students receive the audition materials in March, submit their recordings in May, and learn the results near the end of August. Those selected perform the following year at the OMEA Professional Development Conference.

The audition process is extremely demanding. Students must prepare and submit recordings of several advanced musical excerpts and a challenging solo. These recordings showcase each musician’s technique, musicality, and command of their instrument. Grace’s selection places her among the finest high school musicians in the state of Ohio.

Throughout her high school career, Grace has participated in the OMEA District 3 Honors Band for three years. She has also performed with the Three Rivers Honor Band in Fort Wayne and the ASBDA Conference Honor Band.

Grace has participated in the OMEA Solo and Ensemble Adjudicated Event, earning a Superior rating for every event in which she has performed. She is a five-year member of the Lincolnview Marching Band and Concert Band. Grace is also a fourth-year—and founding—member of the Lincolnview Steel Drum Band Program.

This tremendous accomplishment reflects Grace’s talent, dedication, and countless hours of hard work. She has represented the Lincolnview Band Program with excellence, and we are thrilled to see her earn this well-deserved honor.
