The incomparable Chef Veronica served up a Chef’s Choice Lunch today, Salmon Sushi Bake! Salmon and Imitation Crab in a Kewpie and Cream Cheese mixture baked over a bed of rice and a drizzle of Kewpie Mayo, Sriracha, Furikake and toasted Seasame Seeds with steamed broccoli and a side of Seaweed! It was a hit!
