Had a wonderful time being a guest teacher at a J.H.S. this week for 2 days. Students learned how to keep distance from anyone who is a threat and how to defend against a kidnapper. They had great questions and learned awareness and action tips. Actually taught these sessions in-person and online (hybrid)😲

C.L.A.S.S. Self-Defense is not only running virtual classes but have now gone back to in-person training as well. Outdoor training available now for 1 on 1, semi-private and small group classes! Children, teens, adults and seniors! Precautions will be taken during in=person lessons. Mask wearing, temperature checks, hand sanitizer provided and gloves worn by instructor.
