Hello, Everyone

After two and a half years of providing in-home daycare, Ransom’s Rascals Childcare will be closing. The final date of care will be Friday, September 23, ‘22. Our family is ready for a change of pace and looking forward to what the future holds.

It has been such a blessing to be a care provider in this community and I am so appreciative of all the support we have had over the last couple years. The children I have welcomed into my home will always have a place in my heart and I am so thankful to all of the amazing parents who put their faith in me to care for their kiddos.

In the upcoming weeks, I will be adding lots of things for sale on my personal page, Lauren Kahler Ransom, so please friend me and check there if you’re interested!

Having a small business in a wonderful community like Benton (Van Horne) has been such a blessing. We really feel supported and loved by everyone and we are so happy to be providing quality care to these kiddos! 🥰

Hi Everybody! Happy Saturday!

Ransom’s Rascals Childcare’s 2nd Annual END OF SUMMER Daycare and Neighborhood Potluck will be Saturday, August 13th at 5:00pm! 🥳🥳🥳

Matt and I will provide walking tacos, with the fixings, plus tableware, and we’d love if everyone could bring a side or dessert to share! BYOB of your choice! 🧃

Weather permitting, we’ll eat outside picnic blanket style, and then start up a fire for the kids to make s’mores! 🍫We'll provide the fixings for s'mores. If it’s hot, we’ll also start up the sprinkler, so have the kids bring swimsuits or a change of clothes. Please bring your own picnic blankets and/or chairs! 🧺🪑

‼️For the remainder of this week (Wed., Thu., and Fri.) daycare will be at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in the Fellowship Hall! St. Andrew is just two blocks west of the house. Please use the front double doors NOT at the steps! We’ll be open normal hours!

Thank you so much to St. Andrew for letting us utilize this space while our kitchen gets new flooring and ceiling! 🥰
