It seems squatters moved into a house in Queens and police evicted them ... then they arrested the Owner for changing the locks. Arrested the owner because in NYC squatters (trespassers to normal people) THIS IS one reason why NYC Sucks. People have to elect honest representatives who respect the law. Otherwise, NYC will become a big cesspool and big money will buy everything for pennies on the dollar.

Peace in the Middle East is beyond the US, United Nations, UK, etc. A survey said:
There has been a recent study conducted by Arab World for Research and Development (AWRAD) among Palestinians living in Gaza and the West Bank, and the results are profoundly depressing.

AWRAD is an internationally respected research and consultancy agency based in Palestine. They are funded by multiple Arab governments, by the UN and by the World Bank amongst others, so their results can’t be lightly dismissed.

On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, I will host my piano students in a Winter Concert/Holiday, Christmas Party. This will include beginner playing "Waltz in F" played by SaShank and an upper intermediate student, Joey playing "Solfeggietto" (CPE Bach). My students are awesome!
