The PRACTICE of courage feels liberating. We love it more when we realize the positive results of courageous action. I call this “courage building.”

Courage building makes energy more than it takes energy, and the ultimate benefit is the energy will sustain you longer. The more of this energy you have, the more you can apply it to every aspect of your life. Like with any practice, courage building requires intention, focus, and devotion. Of course, self-discipline is essential to any practice. And self-discipline is supported by having a mentor or guide to accompany you along the way. Consider enlisting me as your guide.
