After nearly three years as Executive Director of Compass, Jennifer Guzmán will be stepping away from her role effective October 7. We are incredibly grateful for Jennifer’s leadership, dedication, and the impact she has made during her time with Compass.
We’re excited to announce that Kathleen Greiwe will be stepping into the role of Executive Director! Kathleen brings experience, passion, and a strong connection to Compass, and we’re looking forward to all that’s ahead.
Breanna Struss, Program Assistant, and Tonia Frederick, Participant Care Coordinator, are also transitioning into new roles. Breanna has accepted a position at Concordia University Chicago, and Tonia will continue supporting Compass in a new capacity as a member of our Board of Directors. We’re so thankful for all they have contributed to Compass!
We’re thrilled to welcome Sofia Gomez as our new Executive Assistant and Event Planner! Sofia interned with Compass over the summer, and we’re excited that she’ll continue serving Compass in this new role.
While some roles are changing, these relationships aren’t going anywhere. Jennifer, Breanna, and Tonia will continue to stay connected to Compass, and you’ll still see them at events and volunteering when they can.
We’re grateful for the past, excited for the future, and looking forward to this next chapter for Compass!
