About Me
Music is my passion. I come from a very musical family and have had the opportunity to be very actively involved in music from a very young age. I began teaching music in the mid 90's and have never stopped since.
In addition to teaching private lessons, I also work as an accompanist in the East Porter County schools as well as downtown Valpo. I honestly could not imagine a better job!
I had a wonderful piano teacher whose patience and encouragement made me what I am today. It was her example that made me decide at the age of 8 that one day I would like to become a piano teacher. I love my students and I try to add a personal touch to my teaching to let them know that each and every one of them are important and that with a little practice, each and every one of them could be something truly great!
