Washington Township Class of 2003

Thank you to everyone that came out last night. It was a blast catching up!

Who would be interested in a class reunion? Where would people be interested in going? I can look into renting a park, a private room, etc if people are willing to pay a rate per ticket. Just trying to put some feelers out to see what everyone would be interested in.

We started our senior year of high school 20 years ago!

Mrs. Lambert’s Combo Cookies

1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

1. Wash hands. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugars, eggs and mix until blended.
3. Add salt, vanilla, baking soda and mix. Add peanut butter, oats, and mix. Add flour and mix. Add chocolate and butterscotch chips and mix.
4. With a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop dough onto greased cookie sheet. Place 12 cookies on each sheet.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 13 - 15 minutes in the middle of the oven. Cookies should just turn slightly light brown.
6. Allow cookies to cool for 3 - 4 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

Just in case any of you needed reminding that the WT Class of 2003 started high school 20 years ago this year.
