What a week we have gone through! So thankful that God is still on the throne. We don’t know what tomorrow holds, but we know who holds tomorrow!

It’s been a long week as our community continues storm recovery, but we’ll be gathering tomorrow as usual. We have power and will be holding our normal services and ministries. Join us as we come together, encourage one another, and pray for our community. We’d love to see you tomorrow!

This is a fun way to work on your child color recognition.
Try a color hunt with your children this summer. 🌈
It’s simple: choose a color, then spend the day looking for it in the world around you. A blue door. A yellow flower. A red sign. A purple shadow. Suddenly, children are looking up, slowing down, and noticing details they may have walked right past.
As an art teacher, I love this because it builds the Studio Habit of Observe. Children learn to pay attention, make connections, and see their surroundings with more curiosity.
And the best part? These habits don’t just stay in the art studio. Observing, noticing patterns, staying curious, and thinking creatively are vital life skills children will carry into their personal and professional lives.
Creativity starts with noticing. 💛
