The 2025 Valpo D.A.R.E. Golf Outing was a great success!!! The students in the Valparaiso Community Schools, Immanuel Lutheran School, and Saint Paul Catholic School will have another awesome year of D.A.R.E. in their classrooms. Our Officers couldn't be more excited to deliver the curriculum, continuing every effort to keep us safe and Valpo Strong!

This past Thursday the Valparaiso DARE Program held its 4th Annual Golf Outing fundraiser and it was a perfect day for success!! We can not express how thankful we are to the Valparaiso Country Club and our sponsors who help us continue the program in Valparaiso Schools, and who make this event possible each year.
We know the golfing was fun, almost as fun as the time our DARE Officers get to spend in the classrooms!

Good Day!
The 3rd Annual Valpo DARE Golf Outing is open for registrations, sponsorships, and donations. It will take place at the Valparaiso Country Club on Monday June 17th with registration starting at 10:00am and golfers teeing off at 11:00am.
The fundraising from this event is used solely to benefit the DARE Program in Valparaiso Schools by purchasing supplies for several grades books, providing graduation and winning report writing gifts for 4th grade, and shirts with a free day at the Porter County Fair for 6th grade students. Fun fact, Valpo DARE was recently recognized by DARE Indiana for our efforts with this program. Out of 22,000 students who received the 2023 DARE program in our state, Valpo has the highest number of students instructed at 4,914!
We are hoping to double the number (144 total) of golfers this year, so feel free to share the link below with anyone you think would like to take part. Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on June 17th!!!
