NEW MERCH!

We are, currently, gauging interest in new hoodies, zip ups and shaker cups and water bottles.

The hoodies are all super soft and locally printed.

(Give it up for Coach Kevin for modeling our zip up...I really don't think he wanted to. 🤣)

The water bottles and shaker cups are Ice Shaker brand and come in a variety of colors and sizes. We need a minimum order of 20 in order to get these at wholesale. Go to www.iceshaker.com and visit their "custom shop" to view colors and availability. We can have the Hardcore logo put on all colors and patterns. Sizes here are 40oz Legend (pink in the photo), the 32oz Legend (navy in the photo) and the 26oz Ice Shaker (USA in photo). The prices on the website are higher than the wholesale price.

Again, we are just gauging interest.

Once we have an idea how many are interested in ordering, I'll know the cost and will see if you're still interested.

Message directly for any questions.

We're calling a Code 348. 🚨 Are you ready to answer the call?

Code 348 is a three-person challenge featuring DEKA Zone 3 (Box Step/Jump Over), Zone 4 (Med Ball Sit-Up), and Zone 8 (Dead Ball Shoulder Over).

Teammates will each start at a different zone and rotate every minute for a total of 9 minutes. All work, no rest, with a goal of completing as many reps as possible. It may be short, but it will turn you inside out in the best way.

As with all DEKA Quarterly Challenges, Code 348 must be hosted/facilitated by a DEKA Affiliate gym. All Challenge Marks will go on the Code 348 Leaderboard and we'll celebrate top male/female/co-ed and youth scores every week. Take the challenge as many times as you want throughout the month, with one or multiple teams.

Plus, the DEKA Affiliate with the most scores on the leaderboard will win a Gold Spartan RAM (scores must be entered the day the challenge was completed).

Code 348 starts TODAY and runs through September 30th. Head to the link below for full challenge details. Then get your team together and reach out to your local DEKA Affiliate to find out when you can put your team to the test.

It's ONE REP MAX WEEK!

12 weeks of hard work in our strength classes paid off. We came out of the gate swinging for Monday's bench press with everyone hitting a new PR.

Psych's 20 # PR was definitely a highlight after weeks of struggling on bench.

We look forward to testing deadlifts Wednesday!

If you've ever wanted to try our strength classes, we start a new 12 week cycle next week. It's the perfect time to jump in and commit to seeing what you can accomplish in 12 weeks.

Give us a call at 219-615-8564 for more information.

DEKA ATLAS!

This is not the same 10 zones you know from DEKA STRONG, MILE, or FIT!

ATLAS is designed for those who are stronger, with a higher work capacity and can beat the 30 minute time limit.

Check out the ATLAS movement standards via the QR below or the link in the comments.
If you think you have what it takes to beat the clock, sign up for ATLAS Foundation (lighter weight requirements) or ATLAS Peak (heavier weight requirements) at our September 13th event!
