Indiana brought some SERIOUS weather our way this week! 🌩️ … will it EVER stop raining?! 😂
After those crazy storms knocked out our power for multiple days, we weren’t about to let a little thing like no internet stop us!
No TVs? No problem. 😎 We grabbed the whiteboards, wrote out the moves, learned everyone’s FAVORITE warm-up moves (lint rolling? 🤔😂), and got the workout DONE! 💪🔥
Maybe it wasn’t exactly how we planned it, but the F45 crew proved once again that we can roll with anything and still get the job done!

📢 F45 Training Valparaiso Update
⚡ STUDIO UPDATE — EVENING CLASSES CANCELLED
Due to ongoing power outages throughout the city, all evening classes at F45 Training Valparaiso are cancelled today, Wednesday, August 12.
We know this isn’t the news anyone wanted, but safety comes first. ❤️
We will re-evaluate the situation for tomorrow morning’s classes and keep you updated as we monitor the power situation.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing power outage, all F45 Training Valparaiso morning classes will be canceled tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and revisit our plan for the evening classes. We’ll announce any updates as soon as we know more.
