A message from Rabbi Schuldenfrei has been sent to the community.
In it, he notes: Even as unrest persists in our own backyard, my heart is in Israel… May the brave men and women of the IDF serve with bravery, valor, and strength during this critical operation against the genocidal Iranian regime.
Rabbi recently spoke with both our ECC Director, Chana Fox, and ECC Co-Assistant Director, Shelby Fine, (pictured here) who are both selected participants in a fellowship of leading ECC educators in Israel now.
They are both calm and doing well.
Chana and Shelby are meeting the moment with both grace and humor (in the picture, notice the Flat Stanley version of Rabbi’s puppet that they brought with them to the safe room!). They are both incredible!
