Holy Trinity Nursery School

We provide opportunities for preschool children (2-4 years) to actively stimulate their intelligence with the guidance of nurturing teachers.

2 Year-old Classes
Our toddler program strives to accomplish separation accompanied with smiling faces. The child to teacher ratio is approximately 3:1. The staff is educated and nurturing; their goal is to make all aspects of beginning school fun for everyone.

3 Year-old Classes
Our primary focus in our 3 year old program is socialization and an introduction to numbers, letters, colors and sha

pe recognition. Additional lessons include specific seasonal activities and games which are taught during circle time. A whole language approach to learning is used at this level so all classroom activities follow one specific theme. The classroom time is divided into centers of the child’s choice encouraging learning through play.

4 Year-old Classes
The 4 year old program promotes kindergarten readiness. As an academic program, we are attempting to follow the core curriculum presented by New York State. Our program includes phonics, sight words, beginning writing skills, number and letter recognition and sequencing. These are the building blocks for successful students in the future. Our goal is to instill curiosity and an interest in learning. Annual $100.00 non-refundable application fee is due at time of registration PER FAMILY for the nursery and pre K program for the school year. Office phone: 516 872 4702

Even though Holy Trinity Nursery School is no longer open we the old staff hold very special memories from working together and having the best students and their families involved in our school!

I'm so excited to announce I just published my third book, "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COCKATIEL" it is based on my pet Cockatiel, 'Googoots'! It is a really fun book. Whether you're young or old, I think you'll enjoy it as it's got some interesting facts about Cockatiels, and you'll learn what his day is like with lots of real pictures of him!

Hello Everyone: This is Mrs. Marci Fiore

It's been a while and I hope that each and every one of you have remained healthy and safe during these trying times. I must say that I miss all of the wonderful children and parents we have worked with over the years at Holy Trinity Nursery School. I'm excited to let everyone know about my exciting new venture as the author of a series of children's books. My new project, "The Trick Or Treat Counting Book", a children's guide to counting. It's a fun, easy to read book that is intended to help kids learn how to count, using some familiar Halloween caricatures. The book also provides some safety tips to ensure a fun and safe Halloween. This book is the first in a series of books I am working on to be released soon. The book is now available on Amazon Kindle and as a printed soft cover which is available on demand as well. I hope you'll pass this on to anyone who has small children who are at the stage of learning to count.
