Free CNA Classes PRE-CERTIFICATION NURSING ASSISTANT TRAINING PROGRAM What is a Certified or State Registered Nursing Assistant? What Kind of Training Do I Receive?

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA), you would be responsible for daily, hands-on care for the residents. This includes helping residents in and out of bed, making sure they receive their meals and assisting with bathing and other personal hygiene. Our program is comprised of both classroom learning and hands-on training. Your first week will be spent learning the theory of resident care. During the second week you will be able to apply what you have learned. All of your time spent will be instructor-led, and you will get the opportunity to experience what it is like to care for patients. Classes are normally full-time, five days a week from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Because subject matter is condensed, attendance and punctuality are very important.
