The Turning Point: "Tutoring for the Future" is a local tutoring service provided by myself, Jerelle A. I cover several subjects all ranging within Math and Language Arts. First, let me share a little something about myself: I am currently an undergraduate at Diablo Valley College. I have an Associates of Arts degree in Business. I plan to transfer after this following semester to UC Berkeley to complete my undergraduate progress and possibly continue with graduate work. I have prior experience working with and tutoring people of all ages through private work as well as professional. The subjects that I cover are the following:

Pre Algebra
Algebra 1
Geometry
Algebra 2
Reading
Writing
GED Preparation
And Homework Help! My services are priced as follows:
1 hour session = $30
2-4 hour session = $20 per hour
Ex. 2 hour session:
1st hour ($20) + 2nd hour ($20) = $40
Tutoring will be preformed in one-on-one sessions at the JFK Library in Vallejo, a public place of your choice, or within your home. There will be a traveling charge for areas further than 10 miles away from Vallejo. The traveling charge will be added to the Service Charge. Traveling Charge = 0.40 cents per mile
Ex. Vallejo - Concord = 17 miles so,
Travel Charge: 17 miles * 0.40 cents per mile = $6.80
