North Bay Speech Masters-a.k.a CMA Toastmasters

Are you interested in learning how to improve your presentations at work? Are you interested in learning how to communicate with your more effectively? If yes, Toastmasters can help. Our new educational program called Pathways can help you improve your communication and leadership skills. Please join us on April 4 in Vallejo at Cogir of the North Bay (2261 Tuolumne St, Vallejo). When entering the building, sign in at the door to get a name tag. Take the elevator down to the 2nd floor. Exit left out of the elevator and take a left at the hall, go past the water fountain to find the meeting room. Msg us here before 8pm on Friday, April 3 for the zoom link for this meeting. Our club meets on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays of the month, online and in-person.

The raffle committee can use your help. If you can volunteer 1/2 hour or hour or if your club could donate an item. Some examples are Please share the information with your club.
---You could donate a bottle of wine or sparkling apple juice for the wine cooler,
---or something for the grab bag
---or something towards the money tree,
---or a certificate for services.

Also, I could use help especially at the beginning of the day and when people are picking up their winnings. Please share this information with your members. The form solicits for both volunteers and donations. More information is in the jotform. Please fill out the form if you can donate or help.

You are invited to join Mare Island Toastmasters online (zoom) or in-person in Vallejo at 7:30pm on 4/9/26. If attending in-person, enter Vallejo's Kaiser's hospital bldg, pass the piano and go to the elevators. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and exit left out of the elevator. Turn left at the hall. Follow the line on the floor and pass the gym. Turn left at the hall and follow the line to the meeting room.

He also describes personality traits (like the "Talk Over" person). ---Arrive at 1:45 to allow time for parking and finding the room. Contest starts promptly at 2pm
---Contest is in the Hospital Bldg. Enter the building on the non-emergency side. Go past the piano to the elevators. Take the elevator to the second floor. Exit left out of the elevator and then take a slight right to the meeting room.
----Winners at this contest will proceed to the division, the district contests. If they win at the district contest, they may compete in the World Championship of Public Speaking that will be held in Vancouver Canada in August.
