Hello All. We posted it but wanted to make sure everyone knew we are closed today. See you tomorrow!

We will be holding open sparing classes every 3rd Saturday of the month. These classes will be open to all martial artist to come and sharpen their tools against different fighting styles. It will be light to medium contact with full gear required. Come join in on the fun of fight day every 3rd Saturday of the month!

10am - 12pm
$30 per session.
Current registered students free
Full sparing gear required
