Drinking enough water should be a goal for us all, but there is added benefit for those at risk for kidney stones! Project Keepsake strives to increase awareness on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and something as simple as increasing water intake could be the first step in protecting our kidneys.

One of the keys to proper management of chronic kidney disease is nutrition. Appropriate nutrition can boost energy and slow down the progression of CKD.
