Something I want to share for all my wonderful mommies out there.

My dad always taught me how it’s great how I put my babies first before me, but you have to take care of yourself, to take care of others. Or you got to pamper yourselves sometimes too.

Let me explain. I haven’t purchased clothes for myself for 10 years. I even still wore the same clothes I wore while pregnant. Do my clothes fit? Absolutely not! But my son has plenty of clothes in his closet. Why? Because I think of him more than me.

Recently I bought some new jeans. Nothing fancy. Just old navy jeans. Jeans that actually fit. Felt weird to wear pants that fit, that I don’t have to pull up constantly because they are not my right size. But after 10 years? Just wearing jeans that fit, made me feel good.

As mamas, we sometimes need to focus on us. Babies and our families can take a toll on us. And we never put ourselves first. Not only treat yourselves, but take care of your health as well. This year is all about my health and needs.

Focus on yourselves now. Whether it’s any type of needs or health. Don’t focus on you later, do it now mommies. You’re worth it.

We have done a lot of projects last week for earth day. We made an earth day book and we made a globe. We also made finger print flowers!! Kids had a good time!! So did I. More to come. For mothers day crafts
