"I wish more people understood that wellness is deeply influenced by the small, everyday choices we make. Simple actions—like staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, moving our bodies regularly, and practicing mindfulness—can have a profound impact on our overall health and well-being."

As an advocate for equity in , FUJIFILM Canada's Senior Product Manager, Clinical Education and Medical Relations, Women’s Health, Anne Hixon knows first-hand how impactful access to quality wellness resources and outlets can be. Her work in remote Indigenous communities has deepened her understanding that wellness is more than treating illness—it’s about addressing social determinants like access to education, clean water, nutritious food, and culturally appropriate care.

Anne has taken what she's learned from working with Canada's First Nations and her long career as a Medical Radiation Technologist to develop her own wellness routine centered around giving back to herself. As a mom of three, Anne has fully embraced activities that connect the mind, body and spirit such as running and yoga.

"Yoga has taught me the importance of 'filling my cup before I can give to others.' Working in healthcare, especially with marginalized communities, can be emotionally demanding yet incredibly rewarding. This practice has provided me with the balance, resilience, and inner peace necessary to sustain both my personal well-being and my professional commitment."

Meet FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Inc, U.S.A. Shop Floor Coordinator Lynn Cousineau, whose passion for wellness extends beyond his own routine. For the past several years, Lynn has volunteered as a 'Fujifit' instructor, leading on-site fitness classes that encourage colleagues to stay active and prioritize their physical wellbeing.

His advice is simple: Find what works for you and keep moving.

This month the instax™ Capture the Joy tour stopped in NYC!

Attendees had the opportunity to weave through the whimsical world of instax™ products and get hands on with our other latest cameras and smartphone printers — including a sneak peak of the mini 13 which will be available June 25.

Members of the Fujifilm team including Masato “Mark” Yamamoto, executive vice president of Fujifilm Corporation and Ashley Reeder Morgan, vice president of Marketing and Consumer Product Management joined the fun to demo the mini 13 and share their excitement around the launch.
