Sing, Sign & Play

🤘This ain’t no ordinary Parent & Me Class! Get ready to stretch, sing, dance, and groove! This joyful class is designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers alongside a parent, grandparent, nanny, or caregiver.

🎶Together, you’ll explore music, movement, rhythm, and sensory play (for those energizer bunnies) while learning an actual (*easy) dance to practice with your kiddo. We even infuse breathing and yoga stretching before and after class to ease the transition in and out of class.

🕺Each class is packed with interactive songs (spanning from rock n’ roll oldies, to 90s nostalgia and modern-day pop), dancing, instruments, scarves, bubbles, parachute play, and engaging activities that support your child’s development while strengthening the bond between you and your little one. Through music and movement, children naturally build language skills, coordination, confidence, social-emotional awareness, and early learning foundations—all while having an absolute blast!

😍Our classes are designed to be inclusive, low-pressure, and full of fun. Whether your little one loves to dance in the center of the circle or prefers to observe before joining in, they’ll be encouraged and celebrated every step of the way.

In Every Class, Children Will:

🎵 Explore music through singing, rhythm, and instruments
💃 Develop gross motor skills through movement and dance
🫧 Engage in sensory-rich experiences with props and activities
👫 Practice social skills through group participation and turn-taking
❤️ Build confidence, connection, and joyful memories with their caregiver
