Valdosta Baseball is excited to welcome Coach Ryan Ross to the Wildcat family!

Coach Ross is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who earned his Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning from LaGrange College in 2021, and he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He played four years of collegiate baseball, spending time at both Gordon State College and LaGrange College.

Coach Ross has also worked as a strength and conditioning professional with the University of Virginia Football program. Most recently, he served as Head of Performance at Homeplate Baseball in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Coach Ross brings outstanding knowledge, experience, and energy to our program, and we are thrilled to have him join Valdosta Baseball. Welcome to Wildcat Nation, Coach Ross!
