Great schools start with great teachers 💙

This World Teachers’ Day, we’re celebrating the educators who love, support, challenge, and help shape the next generation of student leaders.

At Prestige Preparatory School, we believe great teachers deserve to feel valued, supported, and invested in. As we prepare to open our doors in Fall 2027, Dr. Berry is proposing a competitive salary structure for aspiring teachers, starting Tier-4 certified teachers fresh out of college with starting salaries over $50K and opportunities for additional compensation based on experience, degrees, and advanced certifications. And compensation is only part of the investment.

Proposed benefits include:

✨ Up to 85% employer-sponsored healthcare benefits
✨ Sick and personal leave
✨ Georgia teacher retirement and organizational match
✨ Opportunities for increased compensation based on experience and certifications
✨ The opportunity to help build PPS from the beginning

Official hiring begins Spring 2027, but we’re collecting resumes now from exceptional educators interested in becoming part of the founding PPS team.
