We have to start something fresh in Valdosta. If we don’t come together for the betterment of the kids and trying to get them to the next level WHAT IS YOUR POINT? 5 years and counting with this program and 10 kids are in college playing ball or the armed forces. BIGGER THEN THE GAME

In our continuous effort to train and develop, this week add working with your jump rope. Work in (5) 6 minutes jump rope sessions. Daily. This will be very valuable to your foot work and conditioning. JUST 30 minutes a day. Think about all the 30 minutes you are idle throughout each day. No Excuses. Put in the work.
The Valdosta City Lakercats management/Coaching staff would like to reach out to all former Lakercats and future Lakercats to continue to work on your game as Basketball season fastly approaching. As of now, you should be concentrating on your fundamentals and conditioning. Starting this week we will post weekly assignments for players that are not involved in football. This week Conditioning. Run, Run, Run. I tell any player that trying out for a basketball team, you should be conditioned enough to play a regulation game the FIRST day of practice. Remember Run, Run, Run. Please feel free to leave comments on your progress. We are here to assist you.
